To Open and Print a File

  1. Open the document containing the file you want to print.
  2. Expand the Files topic.
  3. Find the file you want to print, place your pointer over the icon in the Actions column, then select Launch.

    The file opens in its native application.

  4. Select File > Print and select the printer.
  5. Click Print.
