To Associate a Transmittal to a Work Order
- Open a work order in the Content pane.
- If needed, click the Show all link to show all the topics.
- Expand the Transmittals topic.

Do one of the following:
In the next available row, in the Transmittal Number field, enter the transmittal number and press the <Tab> key to validate the transmittal.
or
Click the Query Transmittals link to search for the relevant transmittal(s), then drag the transmittals you want from the search results into the Transmittals topic.

When the Subject Data dialog displays, select if this is subject data or not.
The Subject Data dialog closes.
