To Run an Extended Search

Click the Search icon
to open the Search pane.

From the Searching menu, click the down arrow to select the type of object you want to search for.

In the More Options section, enter search criteria into the fields provided.
You do not need to explicitly turn any check boxes on; they get turned on automatically as soon as you start typing in a field. You only need to turn a check box off if you type in a field and then decide not to search against that particular criterion.

Click the Start Search icon
to start the search.
