Logging in to AssetWise is simple. Just click the link to the AssetWise website provided by your administrator, and if prompted select a community and enter your log in credentials for that community.

What happens after you click the link depends on how the administrator set up the website, and which credentials you need to supply in order to gain access to your community.

For example:

• If your administrator set up the website to allow you to log in with your Bentley Cloud Services credentials, then after clicking the link to the AssetWise website you will first be redirected to https://ims.bentley.com/IMS/Account/Login where you are prompted to sign in with your Bentley Cloud Services credentials. If the website only points to one community, then you will gain access to the community as soon as you sign in with your Bentley credentials. If the website points to more than one community, then after you sign in with your Bentley credentials you will be returned to the standard AssetWise Web login page where you can select which community to log in to.
• If your administrator set up the website to allow you to log in with your Windows credentials and the website only points to one community, then after clicking the link to the AssetWise website you will be automatically logged in to the community with your Windows credentials.
• If your administrator set up the website to allow you to log in with your Windows credentials and the website points to more than one community, then after clicking the link to the AssetWise website, the AssetWise Web login page opens for you to select which community you want to log in to. After selecting the community, turn on Use my Windows Account to log in and click Log In.
• If your administrator has set up the website for you to log in with a specific user name and password, then the AssetWise Web login page opens. Select your community (if there is more than one), then enter your user name and password and click Log In.
• Finally, if your administrator has set up the website so that you are automatically logged in to a specific community using guest credentials, then clicking the link automatically logs you in to that community.

To log out of AssetWise Web, click the red logout button at the top right of the Navigator pane.
