The Workflow menu is available for documents and tags that have an active approval workflow associated to them.

Approval workflows have multiple steps assigned to multiple people with different responsibilities. When a person has an active approval work task for an object, you can click the Worksteps button.

This opens the workflow menu.

Accept, Rework, Skip, Reject and Complete actions are available for different stages of the tasks in the workflow depending on your role and workflow configuration.
